**What You’ll Do**:

- Technical Aptitude: Gain a thorough understanding of our client’s needs and proactively conduct industry research to aid in identifying talent for our open roles.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer in an agency or in-house recruiting team with a minimum of 2+years of experience
- Familiarity with Workable or other applicant tracking systems
- You have strong knowledge and familiarity with various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn, Slack, Github, Vettery, Underdog, etc.
- You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbally
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members and proactively problem solve
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to thrive and prioritize in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Exceptional judgment and proven ability to work independently
