Your Role and Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and resolve network issues that may arise in a Data Center (DC) environment.
- Analyze and diagnose network problems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex network challenges.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify new network requirements.
- Conduct thorough assessments of business needs to determine network expansion or modification requirements.
- Propose and implement solutions to meet evolving network demands.
- Experience of leading the technical team. Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Network Engineer with 4 - 6 years’ experience
- Evaluate the current state of the network infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
- Generate comprehensive reports on network performance, highlighting potential areas of concern and improvement.
- Choose appropriate hardware and software solutions to meet the organization's network requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that align with industry best practices.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate - Routing and Switching (CCNA-R/S)
- Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts.
