Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive (Specializing in Google Ads)

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads, Google AdWords, and Google AdSense.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords and create targeted ad campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive quality traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing and utilize data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and optimize ad placements, ad formats, and ad copy.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and compelling ad creatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging advertising tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to align advertising campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies and ensure compliance with all advertising guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a specialization in Google Ads.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google AdWords, and Google AdSense.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize campaigns.
- Proficient in using various digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Google Ads or related certifications is a plus.

**Language Proficiency**:
English - written and spoken

**Education**:
Under-graduate/Graduate/Post Graduate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 per month
