**Cloud Architect**

**Total Experience**: 15+ years (SM/AD band)

**Key Competencies & Resposibilities**:

- Design core AWS platform security architecture, including areas such as:

- Network (VPC) - Subnet, segmentation strategies
- IAM
- Infrastructure-as-a-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Storage (S3 and EBS)
- Compute (EC2, ECS)
- Serverless (Lambda, EKS, Fargate)
- Logging and Monitoring (Cloudtrail, Cloudwatch)
- Organization - Account design
- Backup and Disaster Recovery approach and design
- AWS Cost Management and Optimization
- Pre-Sales (experience in Presales with hands on experience in supporting project RFP/ RFI / RFQ)
- Design and develop enterprise Cloud Migration and Implementation strategies
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures

**Required Skills**:

- 7+ years experience in a Cloud Architect role
- 7+ years experience in working with different Cloud platforms (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
- Experience in designing and planning AWS solutions for hybrid enterprise platforms
- Hands-on experience with centralized logging and monitoring solutions for CloudTrail, Config, Lambda, ECS and EKS, WAF, Migration Hub, and SEIM.
- Knowledge in designing, implementing, and managing DevSecOps capabilities in cloud offerings using CI/CD toolsets and automation
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks and the requirements underlying each, including ISO, SOX, PCI etc.
- Knowledge on multi-cloud deployment architecture
- Experience with other CSPs like Azure and GCP

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
