The Service Steward/Waiter plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This position involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The Service Steward/Waiter is responsible for delivering prompt and efficient service while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
3. Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen staff.
4. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
5. Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests.
6. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
7. Set up tables with appropriate utensils, napkins, and condiments before guests' arrival.
8. Assist in preparing the dining area for service, including arranging tables and chairs.
9. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food delivery.
10. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
11. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
12. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
13. Stay updated on menu items, ingredients, and any special dietary requirements or restrictions.
14. Work as part of a team to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
15. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience as a service steward/waiter is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette.
6. Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
8. Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy trays or equipment if necessary.
9. Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
