Looking for an Customer Support Executive

Location - Andheri

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly behaviour
Some cold calling experience; sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close would be beneficial.
Excellent analytical and time-management skills
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

**Requirements**:
Any person either a BMS/ BCom degree must be self-motivated, driven and with good academic records and some familiarity or interest in Pop Culture Merchandise.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Tele-calling experience preferable
Skill(s) required: MS-Office, MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written)
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Mumbai, Mumbai - Mumbai, MH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
