- Knowledge of approval drawing standards of CMDA approval, Single window portal.
- Knowledge of drafting standards and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Proficiently plan, draft, and meticulously prepare detailed drawings for various architectural projects.
