**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. INVOICING/MIS-Timely submission of all admin invoices and MIS as per prescribed format by Admin HO within described timelines.

2. Vendor Management: Process of Proforma & Invoice of Vendors & timely submission to Accounts Dept.

3. Hotel tie-ups: Negotiating with the owner of the hotels over Pan India and get the best hotel deals

4. Travel Desk: Responsible for making Travel arrangements for the employees including ticket/hotel bookings.

5. Travel Arrangements: Flight & Hotel bookings, Local Cab bookings etc. professional and calm manner

6. Providing real-time support in scheduling travel and reservation and booking and guest management for end-to-end travel and logistics

7. Handle all incoming travel requests and the processes that follow after

8. Management / Budgetary Control: Manage and handle all rounded office administrative tasks including but not limited to: office supplies management and procurement, office space maintenance and improvement, courier distribution and management with cost optimization.

9. Payment Management: Ensure timely payment to all the vendors by coordinating with with Finance team

10. Maintain a strong database which includes record-keeping of employee documents, inventories, Travel, pantry & visitors.

11. Provide support to HR and solve admin related queries
- 1-2 years proven experience as administration manager.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.

Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage people's issues
- Should display business acumen and understanding of business processes.
- Should display ability to data-based drive decision making.
- Should be process oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
