**ADMISSION COUNSELOR**

We are looking for an Admission Counselor who are extremely customer centric and are excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment.

As an Academic Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
- Handling inbound enquiries (leads) and converting them into sales
- Calling the leads assigned, counselling students and parents, explaining the product features, and converting them to sales through the defined Sales process
- Updating all the relevant information in the Lead management system
- Handling chats coming on the website through the chat software
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources
- Accountable & Responsible for achieving assigned targets for tele sales.
- Conducting sales calls & closing leads.
- Relevant experience from education domain is mandatory
- Sales background and good convincing and presentation skills
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on CRM software

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
