IT Sourcer

**Job description**
- Should have min 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Sourcing.
- Should have worked for Sate client and federal Client
- Well experienced with ATS, Job Boards, Linkdin and other social media
- Should have experience of VMS portals ( State)

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as Recruitment Consultant/ Sourcing consultant, or Recruiting Coordinator
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR database
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like GitHub)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Strong decision-making skills

Computer science as educational background

Remote Work, Should be able to coordinate with team and management well
