**Telesales callers - Voice Process**
We are interested in hiring dedicated and hardworking individuals as a Telesales caller to join our Sales Department. As a Telesales caller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Resolve customer queries through calls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Should also be able to communicate clearly with customers to create strategies that grow our customer base.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Previous experience in an international sales role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Minimum, basic computer knowledge.

**Qualifications**: Any Graduation
**Years of Experience**: 1-2 years
**Shift Timings**: 8PM - 5AM.
**Salary Budget**: Expectation not more than 25k - 40k per month (Incentives will be given based on their performance)
