Asst. Architect

**Job description**
- Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
- Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client’s needs.
- Preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree.
- 3-7 years professional experience preferably in residential designs.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Functional knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion and latest Architects software.
- Experience in high end residential homes.
- Strong ability to follow schedules, multitask, and work within timelines.
- Australian residential construction.

Excellent command on English Language.

Qualification - Bachelor of Architecture

Experience - More than 3 years

Early Morning Shift: 06:00 Am to 03:00 Pm
