**Full job description**
- Co-ordination with the Client and quarry resolving team.
- Maintain up-to-date customer database and records in the system
- Service Reminder call to customers as per process
- Conducting Quality assurance surveys with clients and proving feedbacks to the backend team.
- Grading the different type of clients to look upon best service to be provided.
- Possessing excellent knowledge to enhance clients support.
- Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
- Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
- Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team and at the same time looking after the reception as to dispatch the daily correspondence, allow and greet the visitors.
**Eligibility**:
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skill.
- Knowledge of CRE systems.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- Computer skills on Microsoft office is required.
- Will be soft-spoken but will be excellent on explaining the solutions to the customers making a strong happy customer list.
- 1 year exp in CRE cum Receptionist
**Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time**
**Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month**

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

- CRE CUM RECEPTIONIST: 1 year (preferred)
