Job Description: Life Insurance Trainer

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Life Insurance Trainer to

minimum of 2-6 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a specialization in

life insurance. As a Life Insurance Trainer, you will play a crucial role in training our

insurance agents and sales teams, ensuring they possess the knowledge and skills

required to effectively sell life insurance products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for insurance agents and

sales teams focused on life insurance products, including product knowledge,

sales techniques, underwriting guidelines, policy features, and regulatory

compliance.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules,

videos, job aids, and other resources, to facilitate effective learning and

knowledge retention.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually

to train insurance agents and sales teams on various aspects of life insurance.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees, answering questions, addressing

concerns, and clarifying complex concepts related to life insurance products and

sales strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments

in the life insurance sector to ensure the training content remains current and

relevant.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify training needs, gather

feedback, and continuously improve the training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, surveys,

and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to optimize the

learning outcomes.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new insurance agents, helping them

understand company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to insurance agents and sales teams to

enhance their sales skills, improve customer engagement, and achieve sales

targets.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and trainee performance, and prepare reports to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 2-6 years in the insurance industry, specifically in life

insurance.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products, policies, regulations, and industry

best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively

convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated training and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and

motivate learners.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering training materials using various tools and

technologies.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills to

manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment, embracing

change and innovation.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and improving

performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate

effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
