**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a service using
scripts
- Answer questions about service or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Achieve monthly targets set
- Minimum 0 - 2 years of previous working experience as an Inside Sales Executive
- Understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
