**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to comprehend project requirements and objectives, with a specific emphasis on post-tensioning needs.
- Utilize your expertise in post-tensioning to transform rough sketches, specifications, and engineering documentation into precise technical drawings using industry-standard computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Prepare comprehensive and detailed plans, layouts, elevations, and cross-sections for construction projects, ensuring alignment with post-tensioning principles, industry standards, and regulations.
- Incorporate design modifications and adjustments as directed by project leads, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality in the drawings, particularly in the post-tensioning context.
- Assist in building and maintaining an organized repository of drawings, blueprints, and relevant project documentation, with a focus on post-tensioning details.
- Review and refine drawings to correct any discrepancies or errors, while also suggesting enhancements to optimize project efficiency, particularly in post-tensioned structures.
- Collaborate effectively with the project team to ensure that drawings align with project schedules and deadlines, while also factoring in post-tensioning requirements.
- Participate in on-site visits and meetings to gather the necessary information for creating accurate and comprehensive drawings, paying special attention to post-tensioning considerations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in post-tensioning techniques, CAD software, and industry trends to enhance the drafting processes for post-tensioned structures.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Draftsman in the civil industry, with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in post-tensioning drafting.
- Solid grasp of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, architectural design, and most importantly, post-tensioning techniques.
- Meticulous attention to detail, enabling precise interpretation and translation of technical data into accurate drawings, particularly in post-tensioning contexts.
- Exceptional communication skills to foster effective collaboration across cross-functional teams, especially when discussing post-tensioning requirements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address design challenges and modifications, especially concerning post-tensioned structures.
- Capability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
