**Expertise in Blockchain**: In-depth knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, including distributed ledger technology (DLT), consensus algorithms, cryptographic techniques, and decentralized governance models. Hands-on experience with popular blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda) and programming languages (e.g., Solidity, JavaScript, Python) is highly desirable.
- **Teaching Experience**: Previous experience as a teacher, instructor, or trainer in a formal or informal educational setting, preferably with a focus on technology, computer science, or related fields. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse audiences are essential.
- **Educational Background**: A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline is typically required.
