**Job Overview**:As a Salesman at Enventa Power Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by actively promoting and selling our UPS systems to a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their power requirements, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your efforts will contribute directly to expanding our customer base and market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Building**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to engage with new prospects.
Understand clients' power infrastructure needs and challenges, positioning Enventa Power Technologies as the solution provider of choice.

**Sales Strategy Execution**:Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and assess competitors' offerings.
Present and demonstrate UPS system solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits and advantages.

**Solution Customization**:Collaborate with technical teams to understand product specifications and customize solutions based on client requirements.
Provide accurate and detailed product information to clients, addressing technical inquiries and concerns.

**Negotiation and Closing**:Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, adhering to company pricing guidelines.
Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure win-win outcomes for both the client and Enventa Power Technologies.
Close deals effectively, securing commitments and contracts from clients.

**Sales Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and communication using the company's CRM system.
Generate regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

**Industry Expertise**:Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor developments in the UPS industry.
Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the unique value propositions of Enventa Power Technologies' offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the UPS or power solutions industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate across internal teams.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
