Cmm Operator

Set-up of work-holding to procedure
- Ability to read and understand CMM inspection reports, manual inspection results with

reference to the relevant customer supplied drawings / models and communicate

outcomes and issues with Quality, Engineering and Operations
- Execution of CMM programs and review / sign-off of the completed inspection report.
- Utilisation of other inspection methods to verify any feature where CMM has inspection

limitations.
- Communicate with applicable Moyola personnel on the inspection status of products as

required.
- Ability to operate all CMM’s within the facility
- Ability to operate a minimum of 2-3 CMM’s simultaneously during a shift to 70% OEE
- Involvement in determining CMM Inspection schedules to ensure efficient operation of

the CMM facility and achievement of internal / external customer delivery dates.
- Supporting quality team with calibration activity requiring CMM inspection.
- Actively participate in companywide quality / business improvements activities & lean

practices maintaining the SC21 Gold Status
- Uphold and practice the company’s values, policies, practices and rules at all times.
- Continue to personally progress and add value within the MOYOLA’s continuous

improvement ethos.
- Experience- 1 - 2 Years- Salary- 2 Lac 25 Thousand To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.- Industry- Engineering/ Engineering Design / R&D / Quality- Qualification- Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Professional Degree- Key Skills- CMM operatorAbout Company
