**Job Title**: Telecaller

**Location**: Hubli, Karnataka

**Work Timing**: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

**Salary**: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month

**Educational Qualification**: PUC (Pre-University Course) and above

**Languages Required**:

- Tamil (mandatory)
- Kannada
- Hindi

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Reach out to potential customers via phone calls to promote and sell insurance products, HPCL fuel cards, and safe gold savings plans.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the products and services offered.
- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Persuade potential customers to purchase insurance, fuel cards, and gold savings plans.
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques and negotiation skills.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales activities.
- **Coordination and Negotiation**:

- Coordinate with clients to arrange loads or vehicles as required.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong ability to sell products and services and meet sales targets.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proficient in negotiating terms and conditions with clients.
- **Customer Service**: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with colleagues.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a proactive approach towards work.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
