**General Nature of the Job**
- The Production Merchandiser is responsible to manage the production team in their daily merchandising activities including sampling, order processing, reporting, and production tracking. It includes the development of the product from initial samples to final samples, liaising with sampling units to follow the progress and check production, sourcing trims and fabrics, ordering raw materials, and communicating with vendors.

**Responsibilities**:
Would be responsible for the entire process chain from lab dip approval to tracking flow of Fabrics and samples at the design and production stage.
- Assist in fabric sourcing
- Finding new vendors of Printing, Embroidery, Sequin etc in Delhi/Ncr
- Follow up on product development and maintain product development tracker
- Responsible for lab dips, Strike offs, fit and production sample approvals.
- Responsible for sourcing of trims and their approval from the buyer
- Escalate issues that come up in production and notify and sort immediately
- Regular follow-up with the production manager and external departments to maintain timelines as per the TNA
- Responsible for order co-ordination between the buyer and the production team

**Knowledge and Skills**

Strong Product Development skills, technical understanding of Garment construction.
- Skills for coordination of smooth process flow between Designers, vendors and the Sampling/Production Unit.
- Must have good knit fabrics knowledge and garment quality norms acceptable in the industry.
- Good knowledge of printing, embroidery, Sequins and other artworks
- Computer skills including excel
- TNA understanding - Regular follow-up skills with external departments to maintain timelines.

- Must be highly organized and have the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and budget

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
