Ayurveda Pharmacist

Job Duties for an Ayurveda Pharmacist (Upvaidya Profile)
- **Dispensing Medicines**: Prepare and dispense Ayurvedic medicines accurately based on prescriptions, ensuring compliance with classical Ayurvedic texts and safety standards.
- **Cash Counter Management**: Handle billing and cash transactions efficiently, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth pharmacy operations.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage stock levels of Ayurvedic medicines, herbs, and raw materials, ensuring timely procurement and proper storage to maintain potency.
- **Quality Control**: Verify the authenticity and quality of raw materials and formulations, ensuring compliance with Ayurvedic pharmacopoeia and GMP standards.
- **Pharmacy Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the pharmacy to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- **Patient Interaction**: Provide patients with clear instructions on medicine usage, dosage, and any necessary precautions, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
- **Report Preparation**: Maintain detailed records of patient visits, prescribed treatments, dispensed medicines, and inventory for accurate reporting and audits.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure all activities meet legal and regulatory standards while maintaining thorough documentation of prescriptions, sales, and inventory.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- **Educational Requirement**: Diploma in Ayurveda Pharmacy or equivalent certification (Upvaidya qualification preferred).
- **Skills**: Proficiency in inventory management, basic accounting, and familiarity with Ayurvedic medicines and formulations.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an Ayurvedic pharmacy is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
