**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.

4. Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing our services.

5. Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

6. Manage and negotiate contract terms and conditions.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's or any other degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of 1-3 years in business development in the IT industry.

3. Knowledge of mobile app and website development.

4. Hands-On experience with online freelancing platforms such as Freelancer and Upwork.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

7. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
