**Data Sourcing**:
1.Gather leads of Herbal/Organic/Natural Skincare Dealers/Distributors with GST who purchase a minimum of 500 products daily from sources such as Indiamart, our database, offline outlets, customer referrals, and Google searches.
2.Record all lead and customer information, including orders and interaction details, in CRM or Excel.
3.Monitor and process orders from our e-commerce channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Website) and schedule packaging and pickup accordingly.

**Marketing Calls**:
1.Contact leads and prospects received through various channels (Indiamart, Instagram, Website, Mailchimp, WhatsApp, customer referrals, and Outlet) to understand their requirements.
2.Propose and position Arthlings products as the best choice based on customer needs.
Utilize provided scripts to address objections or issues with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
4.Transfer leads showing interest to senior colleagues for further conversion.

**Recording & Reporting (CRM)**:
1.Record all sales/marketing conversations and contact data in Arthlings CRM and save audio recordings on NextCloud.
2.Collect customer feedback periodically and record it in CRM.
3.Request positive customers to share their reviews on the platforms they purchased from or on online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or our website.
4.Report monthly on the number of leads, calls made qualified leads, frozen leads, unqualified leads, and major reasons for disqualification.
5.Provide monthly reports on customer enquiries via WhatsApp, including response time, enquiry type, interaction results, and remarks.

**Customer Support**:
1.Respond to customer enquiries on WhatsApp within 10 minutes during business hours.
2.Display out-of-office messages to customers during non-business hours

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Excel, and other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart) is a plus.
- Fluency in local languages, along with English, is desirable.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
