- Bachelor’s (preferred)

- Tally ERP 9: 1 Year (preferred)
**Requirements**:
- Good working knowledge of integrated accounting software Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of MS office skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Proficiency in English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Calm under pressure.
- Available to work Full time.
**Accounting**
- Maintaining of Day to DayAccounting.
- Prepare Journal, Receipt and Payment, Bank voucher& Posting the same in Tally.
- Managing entries for Sales & Purchases.
- Maintaining files (sales and purchase bills) with Receipts & Payments.
- Invoice generation before dispatch (in tally) send to factory, and customer.
- Invoice generation for Online Sale (FirstCry, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.)
- Preparing Proforma Invoices,Quotations.
- Preparing Dr. Notes, If Needed.
- Preparing monthly Purchase & Sales Report.
- Customer handling - receiving order, informing to factory through daily upcoming order format.
- Making recovery calls after credit period
- Maintaining powder coating details.
- Maintaining Transport Details.
**Alternate Vendor Searching**
- Knowing all existing vendors / suppliers & knowing the rates of RM.
- Searching alternate supplier resulting in same quality low cost supply.
- Continuously keep yourself updated with change in RM eg. Steeletc.
**GST & Taxation**
- Computation of Monthly GST.
- Return filing of GST before Due Dates.
**Banking Work**
- Routine Banking Transaction i.e. Deposits receivedcheques.
- RTGS, NEFT.
- Cash withdrawal &Deposit
- Assisting authorized signatories to execute various forms, statements, cheques, etc. as required.
**Administration Work**
- Arranging the transport for all the dispatch activities, coating trips, raw material trips.
- Solving the problems of customers regarding products or queries.
- Solving transport & dispatch issues.
- Petty Cash management & cash reimbursements.
- Maintaining employee expenses with expense reimbursement.
- Communication & Correspondence with factory for Sale & Stock.
- Visit to factory for Stock / physically cash checking, etc.
- Solving Factory issues & fulfilment of factory requirements.
- Maintaining healthy relation with factory workers as well as Customers & Suppliers.
- Courier dispatches andcoordination.
- Maintaining KYC documents of Factory and Office.
- Managing technical & other issues of the office & Factory.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
