Dm / Am - Mechanical

**Purpose of the job**:
The incumbent will be responsible for handling of Mechanical maintenance of the plant.

**Role Summary**:
1. Accountability of all resources viz-fitters, welders, labour, machines, materials and records,

2. Need to maintain proper facts, figures and records of all the plant machines and utilities (viz Stock material, manpower, water, KWH and status of types of machinery).

3. Allocation of manpower effectively for smooth functioning of the plant, Coordinating with a labour contractor, QC staff, store in charge and security for smooth operational activities during shift, Monitoring of all machines viz Cooling tower, boiler, elevators, conveyors, mixer, grinder, bagging machines, weighing scales, ETP ,LPG gas lines for performance as per engineering standards,

4. Ensure strict compliance of quality norms as per SOP.

5.Ensure all safety norms during shift activities ( viz PTW, LOTO, First aid and SOP),

6.Controlling and attending all engineering works at plant machinery & utilities.

**Qualification & Experience**:
B.tech in mechanical engineering

6-8 years in handling mechanical maintenance of the plant including utilities.

**Skills Required**:
Should have sound & practical knowledge in maintaining HOT rotating equipment, screw conveyor, intake chains, elevators, pneumatic conveyors ,boilers, cooling towers, ETP, air screw compressors etc.

Good communication skill and team building capacity.

Should have experience of handling FMCG

Should posses utility handling experience such as ETP, RO, cooling towers, etc. handling skills.

Should have sound knowledge in MS excel, ppt, word.

Knowledge of Plant Good Manufacturing Practices & Good Engineering Practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
