Tele Caller Executive

**Job description**

**Responsibilities -**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Introduce our courses to potential customers and explain their benefits
- Identify customer needs and tailor our courses accordingly
- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our courses
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle customer objections and provide solutions to their concerns
- Build rapport with customers and create a positive brand image
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for increasing sales
- Provide feedback to the management on customer preferences and market trends.

**Skills Required -**
- Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently.
- Good selling and negotiations skills.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in working in the areas of Sales.
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
- Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.

Qualification - Minimum HSC / Graduation.

Salary Range - 15000/- pm to 25000/- pm.

Working Hours - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM.

Working Days - Mon to Sat.
