**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and lead the service team, including servers, waiters.
- Ensure all guests are greeted promptly and provided with excellent service.
- Take and process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring special requests are catered to.
- Oversee the setup of dining areas, ensuring they are clean and well-organized.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control of beverages and other supplies.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Prepare shift schedules and allocate tasks to service staff.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive steps to improve service quality.
- Assist in planning and executing special events or functions as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an F&B Captain or in a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and positive demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
