**job description**
- Working out costing for arriving at actual quantities of material, labour and other elements for cost control.
- Report prgress of project to Superiors.
- Supervise all constructions workers at the project
- Cost monitoring and control of projects within budgets including cost trends.
- Shall visit work spots regularly and attend to construction related matters.
- Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
- Monitoring at site QS, Planning, Stores, Materials, Accounts and work out detailed cost of materials and labour involved in the actual execution of the project.
- Ensure that a Project is adequately staffed
- Preparation of sub-contracts in consultation with all concerned and its implementation at site, Certification, Scrutiny and Control during execution.
- Timely client billing and follow up for payments.
- Assign tasks to construction workers

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SEETHAMMADHARA, Visakhapatnam - 530013, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
