**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the back-office team, including managing files, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments.
- Accurately enter and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Maintain Company documents, files, etc
- Coordinate with Clients & Sales Team
- Expert in MS-Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoints, etc.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to summarize data or communicate key information to management or other stakeholders.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and quality of data and documents.
- Provide support to other team members or departments within the organization as needed.
- Proactively identify and resolve problems or issues that arise in day-to-day operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Any field and degree.
- Proven experience in an administrative or back-office role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
