**Pay Scale - More you teach More you get payment**
- **5 Classes Per Week with conveyance 4500/- PM on serving 6 Months Contract Extra Pay of 2250/-**:

- **10 Classes Per Week Basic Rs 8000/- PM & Conveyance Rs 2000/- PM | IF you use own vehicle we give Rs 2.50/- KM Fuel | serving 6 Months Contract Extra Pay of 5000/-**:

- **15 Classes Per Week Basic Pay Rs 12000/ PM & Conveyance Rs 3000/- PM | IF you use own vehicle we give Rs 2.50/- KM Fuel | serving 6 Months Contract Extra Pay of 10000/-**:

- **On taking extra classes over Per Week Quota We give Rs 250/- Per Class**

About Us

Eduresearch Linksmind LLP, previously known as Success Finder Eduventures was founded back in

2012 in Burdwan West Bengal. In its initial days, it was a successful IIT-JEE coaching institute which

trained over 200+ students for JEE and NEET in it's due course of time. The institute faced

roadblocks in its progression due to unavailability of good Trainers that matched the specific,

personalised needs of students. The roadblock acted as sort of an eureka moment for Mr. Jyotirmoy

Mondal, who came up with the incredible idea of connecting learners (students) and trainers(teachers)

via an online platform. The main motto of which was to make education more personalized to the

specific needs of learners. The mental model came to life with Eduresearch Linksmind LLP

(Linksmind) in 2019 with its operations lifting off in Burdwan, Durgapur, Asansol, and Kolkata.

Within one year of operation company started its operation via franchise setup across Patna and

Jharkhand. ON 2021 The company changed its name to LINKSMIND EDUCORP PVT LTD and now

we are serving across 10 cities in Bihar Jharkhand & Bengal. We are stepping our footprint now in

Maharashtra from FY22-23

Job Description: Probation Teaching Assistant
- Teaching student as per IQ level & Learning style of student
- Mentoring there holistic growth and moral development
- Assignment & material creation
- Class report and attendance maintenance
- Exam management
- Both part time & full time scale available
- Service Zone: 10 KM radius of postal address

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,202.90 per month
