**Description**:
1. Processing of cases adhering to Process guidelines/SOPs/updates.
2. Completing the allocated case/work within agreed RE (Reasonable expectation) & TAT.

3.Should be a team player, adhere to organization policies, follow the job aids, identify any breakdowns in workflows, should be HIPPA compliant.

4. Report any PHI/PII/HIPAA violation to immediate supervisor.
5. Report any system latency or issues impacting production to immediate supervisor.
6. Setting Productivity & Quality benchmark.
7. Active involvement in Team huddles/ process update meetings.
8. Adhering towards Carelon/Elevance policies & procedures, act as a CarelonAmbassador.
