Job Description for BDR:
Job Title - Business Development Representative (Work From Home)
Reports To - Team Leader - Futwork Team
Skills Required - Outbound Sales TeleCalling / International Calling experience
Company Domain - Digital Marketing (Driving reviews and ranking on Google’s website)
Client Portfolio / Industry - Beauty & Wellness Industry
Roles and Responsibilities
- Call the potential leads who are in Beauty & Wellness Industry and engage with them
- Post engagement, pitch the digital marketing services offered and close demo bookings
- Respond quickly to assigned leads
- Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standards and as set by the company
- Working on Sales Target (Week on Week Basis)
Input Metrics/Daily Target
- 9 hours Shift and 6 working days in a week
- Deliver 5.5 hours of total talk time & a minimum of 4 hours of connected talktime on a daily basis
- Achieving Demo booking targets on a week on week basis
- Shift timings: 9pm to 4am IST
Potential Lead Profile
- SMB owners in Beauty & wellness Industry
Requirements
- Any Graduate / PostGraduate
- Proven experience of 6 months to 2 years in Outbound Sales Calling (Deep understanding of Digital Marketing
and an interest towards Beauty & Wellness Industry will be an added advantage)
- Previous experience in International Voice Process of minimum 6 months (Previous experience in tele-calling in
USA processes is an added advantage)
- Proficient in English, Pitching and dealing with clients/Persistent and results-oriented
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality
- Immediate Joiners
- Have a working laptop, Android smartphone along with good wifi connectivity
Salary
- Fixed (Range): INR 25,000/- to 30,000/- per month
- Variable: Upto INR 10,000/- based on Sales Target (Demo’s completed successfully

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
