Build and expand a network of advertisers for brands, products, and services.
- The position is responsible for promoting and generating new revenue for our affiliate program.
- This includes creating and building relations with affiliates, networks, and partners.
- Develop business strategies to improve affiliate programs.
- Onboarding New Affiliates and managing daily Affiliates network for the campaign.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.
- Manage business negotiations with affiliates.
- Monitor and track conversions through affiliate marketing efforts, and other related activities as needed.
- Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
- Set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.
- Maintain open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day issues.
- Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
- Work with the management team to execute and close new affiliate deals.
- Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.
- Must be fluent in excel tools, reporting, PowerPoint, presentation, data analysis, etc. for affiliate performance.

**Requirements**:

- You have a Graduate degree of higher (in any stream) BS / BA Preferred.
- Have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and are adept at managing performance-drive channels.
- A minimum work experience of 2-5 years in Performance Marketing (Affiliate Marketing not mandatory but preferred)
- You're a self-starter and have Subject -matter-expertise along with some hands-on experience.
- You are highly numerate and believe in measuring and analyzing everything you possibly can.
- You have an innate orientation toward technology and the internet
- You have the ability to effectively Sell the program to affiliates
- You have a flair for cooking up innovative promotions and incentives for brand growth Possesses strong project management and business coordination skills
