**Title: Mixologist-Beverages Unit**

**Working Location: Mumbai Outlets**

**Working Days: 6 Days a week**

**Qualification required: Optional**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mixologist-Non Alcoholic Beverages at our kitchen and take our Beverages offerings to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepares and mixes ingredients and prepares Non Alcoholic beverages cocktails, Mock tails or Milkshakes, Furite Shakes for Cloud Kitchens, restaurant and banquet guests.

2. Training Subordinates for Best Mixtures of Shakes.

3. Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure Kitchen are well-stocked. Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.

4. Preparing SOP’s of Different Products with product Cost controlling.

5. Doing industry competitive analysis of top 30 beverages in Hyperlocal Market of each outlet & Proposing Menu to be paired with Cuisine.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bartender Core Skills: Positive attitude; Customer service; Interpersonal communication; Multitasking.

6. Must Have knowledge of Drinks and mixology techniques; precision and accuracy in measuring Mock tail components; knowledge of drink recipes and ingredients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
