4. Material and Equipment Management: They coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies to the site, ensuring their timely availability. They verify the quality and quantity of received items and oversee their proper storage, handling, and usage.

5. Documentation and Reporting: They maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, inspections, and site incidents. They prepare reports and provide updates to project managers, highlighting any issues, delays, or changes that may impact the project timeline or budget.

6. Communication and Coordination: They serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and clients. They facilitate effective communication, coordinate site meetings, and address any concerns or inquiries related to the interior construction work.

7. Health and Safety Compliance: They ensure that all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations and standards. They promote and enforce safe work practices, conduct safety briefings, and monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on the site.
