- See overall production at workshop.
- Work done timely.
- Coordinate with CSD Team for work and Orders.
- Oversee a workforce in the workshop Departments.
- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guideline.
- Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees.
- Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.
- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
- Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels.
- Conduct annual reviews for staff performance
- Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees
- Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Maintain “IN” & “Out” Records.
- Ensure unauthorised person not enter at workshop departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
