We have an opening for Education Counselor cum Branch Head at our HO (Deccan, Pune)

**Qualification**: Graduate in any stream.

**Experience**:0 to 3 Years

**Location**:Deccan, Pune

**Skills**:

- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets, preferably in Ed Tech or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated & result driven individual to achieve assigned targets.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple students and tasks simultaneously.
- Good listener & empathetic individual with patient approach towards students concerns and queries.

**Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.**

**Job Profile**:
**Counselling**:

- Conduct personalized telephonic & video counselling sessions for prospective leads & walk-ins.
- Effectively communicate information about courses, curriculum, admission process, fees and other relevant details based on their career aspirations.

**Follow-ups**:

- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads and convert them for enrolment.

**Sales Conversion**:

- Convert the leads provided by company to meet and exceed monthly targets.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline the enrolment process and improve overall student experience.

**Student Engagement**:

- Responsible for establishing strong rapport with prospective students & existing students to foster trust and confidence in the institution and its programs.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students, leads, enrolments using software.

**Working Days**: 6

**Timing**: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

**Salary Range**:1.8 LPA to 3 LPA plus lucrative incentives

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
