**Job Title: Admin Executive**
**Location**:Indiranagar, Bangalore
**Department**: Admin
**Job Overview**:
The Admin Executive will support the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization. The role involves managing office operations, providing administrative support to various departments, and ensuring that office processes run smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Office Administration**:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate and supervise office support staff, including cleaners and security personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
**2. Document and Stationary Management**:
- Maintain Stationary requirements and keeping it on record.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
**3. Meeting & Event Coordination**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up action items.
**4. Travel Arrangements**:
- Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure timely travel logistics.
**5. Vendor & Contract Management**:
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain and review service agreements and contracts.
**6. Communication & Coordination**:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication between departments and provide administrative support as needed.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience between 2-7 Years
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

**Working Hours & Compensation**:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
**Compensation**:
Upto 6 LPA
