Assistant Fashion Coordinator Wanted for Young Thread Label in the USA

Are you passionate about fashion and seeking an opportunity to showcase your creative skills? Poddar Exports, a renowned ladies' garment manufacturer, is currently hiring an assistant fashion coordinator for our well-established label, Young Thread. We specialize in women's contemporary styles, known for our patchwork and mix-and-match concepts with striking overdye and stone washed effects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop new styles and concepts for the Young Thread label.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and translate them into innovative designs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer preferences and emerging fashion trends.
- Assist in coordinating the production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality garments.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and maintain product quality standards.
- Provide support in organizing fashion shows, photo shoots, and promotional events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in fashion coordination, preferably in contemporary women's styles.
- Strong creative vision and ability to conceptualize unique designs
- Proficiency in design software and technology
- Knowledge of patchwork, mix and match concepts, and garment finishing techniques such as overdye and stone washed effects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving trends and market demands.

**Experience**:
