**Working Hrs** : Monday & Saturday will be regular shift - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Tue to Fri - 4 Days - 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
**Transportation : No**
**Job Summary**:
- The export marketing executive is responsible for developing and executing the export marketing strategy for the plastic bag, tarpaulin and non-woven bag industry. The export marketing executive will identify and explore new markets, generate leads, negotiate contracts, and manage customer relationships. The export marketing executive will also coordinate with the production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential export markets and opportunities for the plastic bag, tarpaulin and non-woven bag industry.
- Develop and implement the export marketing plan and budget in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects to understand their requirements, provide product information, quotations, samples, etc.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with customers and finalize orders.
- Coordinate with the production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer database, records, and reports on export sales performance, market trends, competitors’ activities, etc.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, distributors, and other stakeholders in the export market.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the export marketing activities and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, international trade, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export marketing or sales in the plastic bag or non-woven bag industry or similar products.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, regulations, and policies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
