**Job Title: Senior Executive - Artwork (Printing and Designing Labels/Cartons)**

**Experience: 5-6 Years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead artwork design for labels, cartons, and packaging.
- Utilize graphic design software for high-quality, print-ready designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage print production, including vendor coordination and quality assurance.
- Conduct thorough proofreading and manage revisions.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree Pharma, Graphic Design or related field.
- 5-6 years of artwork design and print production experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design software.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and leadership abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
