Achyuta Public School is seeking a compassionate and responsible individual to serve as a Girls Hostel Warden. As the Girls Hostel Warden, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing living environment for female students residing in the hostel. You will play a crucial role in ensuring their well-being, promoting a sense of community, and upholding the rules and regulations of the hostel.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of female students living in the hostel, including their study hours, meals, recreation, and bedtime routines.
- Ensure the safety and security of hostel residents by implementing and enforcing appropriate security measures, such as monitoring entry and exit points, conducting regular room checks, and responding promptly to any security concerns or emergencies.
- Provide guidance, counseling, and emotional support to hostel residents as needed, addressing any personal, academic, or social issues they may face.
- Foster a sense of camaraderie, respect, and mutual understanding among hostel residents by organizing community-building activities, group discussions, and cultural events.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations fairly and consistently, addressing any violations or disciplinary issues in accordance with established procedures and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of hostel occupancy, attendance, incidents, and student concerns, and report any significant developments to the appropriate authorities.
- Collaborate with other hostel staff, academic advisors, and administrative personnel to address the needs and concerns of hostel residents effectively.
- Serve as a liaison between hostel residents, their families, and the institution, communicating important information, updates, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of hostel facilities, ensuring that they meet health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to hostel management, student welfare, and residential life.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a residential facility, hostel, or educational institution, preferably in a supervisory or counseling role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Crisis management skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing administrative tasks and documentation.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and protocols related to student housing and welfare.
- Commitment to promoting a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all hostel residents.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
