Office Assistant/receptionist

Good Experience on Excel.
- Need to make Quotations, Invoices and purchase/sales/orders related documentation.
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed.
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Monitor and Maintain stock.
- Make supply orders when needed.
- Monitor and log office expenses and costs
- Tally knowledge is preferred.
- Command on English language.
