Job Title: Night Shift Supervisor

Job Profile:
As a Night Shift Supervisor at our convenience store located in Sector 51, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store during the night shift hours. You will oversee various aspects of store management, including food quality assurance, order flow management, team management, customer service, store cleanliness, and maintaining discipline among the staff.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Monitoring Food Quality Assurance:

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
- Regularly inspect food preparation areas, storage facilities, and equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct quality checks on food items to ensure freshness, proper packaging, and adherence to quality standards.

2. Order Flow Management:

- Oversee the receiving, storage, and proper inventory management of products.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth order flow and resolve any delivery issues.

3. Team Management:

- Supervise and provide guidance to the night shift staff, including cashiers and other team members.
- Schedule shifts, assign duties, and ensure adequate staffing levels for efficient store operations.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills, especially in areas such as customer service and food handling.

4. Customer Service:

- Promote a customer-centric approach among the team to provide excellent service.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take necessary actions to improve the overall customer experience.

5. Store Cleanliness:

- Ensure that the store is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
- Implement and enforce sanitation procedures to meet health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention and coordinate with the appropriate personnel for maintenance and repairs.

6. Discipline Maintenance:

- Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring staff adherence to rules and regulations.
- Address any behavioral or performance issues promptly and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment while maintaining discipline among the team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or convenience store setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours as required.

Please note that this job profile is a general outline, and specific responsibilities may vary based on the requirements of the store and any additional duties assigned by the management.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
