**Key Responsibilities: Casting Incharge**
- Lead and manage a team of casting technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth performance and productivity.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control measures throughout the casting process to ensure the production of high-quality jewelry pieces.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the casting process, employing problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all casting team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Any bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience of 4+ year in a similar role within the jewelry industry, with a strong understanding of casting processes and techniques.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Commitment to safety, with knowledge of relevant regulations and protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
