- 1. Daily Inspection of all the equipment and making report for resource planning.
- 2. Planning for resource requirements and safely execution of the maintenance activities to improve the reliability of the cement mill.
- 3. Conditioned based monitoring /inspection for all critical equipment like vibration analysis, oil sampling, other critical inspection by OEM/suitable vendors
- 4. RCFA for all major breakdowns and implementation of root cause to avoid repeated failures.
- 5. Shutdown panning and safe execution
- 6. Revenue Budget preparation for cement mill section.
- 7. Improvement job planning and capex proposal.
- 8. Leading GRT team to improve the service level index by providing timely service to the other section/dept.
- 9. Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment’s through trouble shooting tools.
- 10. Co-ordinating material / spare parts planning related activities encompassing Identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation.
- 11. Finding and segregating the most critical, critical and less critical areas and making the maintenance schedule accordingly.
- 12. Check the material quality as per prescribed standards
- Motivate to the contractor and workers towards safe and fast work.
- To Co-operate with other departments for operations and maintenance activities.
- Perform cost analysis and prepare budget for senior management review
- To ensure safety precaution while carrying out the maintenance of machinery.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma in Mech. Engg.,Bachelor of Theology

**Minimum Experience Level**:
5-10 Years
