- Provide pre-sales technical support for Cisco Switching, Routing and Wireless solution.
- Conduct requirements analysis, design, development and implementation.
- Creating the Bill of Material, Bill of Quantity for various vendor devices
- Work on LAN, WAN, WAP, Firewall, etc. device and prepared template for the devices and implements with help of customer & support the network.
- Maintain stakeholder relationship. Act in a facilitative capacity and engage all stakeholders to promote products and services. e.g. Architect, others designers, group technology services, and business etc
