We are looking for a highly creative and skilled **3D Designer/Visualizer** to join our team. In this role, you will create photorealistic 3D visualizations and interactive models to help convey concepts, designs, and ideas effectively. You will collaborate with our design, marketing, and product teams to produce stunning visuals for various purposes, including presentations, marketing materials, product development, and client pitches.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Concept Development**: Collaborate with clients, architects, or internal teams to understand project goals and convert ideas into visual concepts.
- **Rendering & Post-Processing**: Produce photorealistic renders and perform post-production adjustments in Photoshop, After Effects, or similar software.
- **Animation & Motion Graphics**: Develop and animate 3D models for videos, presentations, or interactive experiences as required.
- **Project Collaboration**: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure visualizations align with the brand and project goals.
- **Technical Expertise**: Stay updated on the latest 3D software, rendering techniques, and visual trends to incorporate into design processes.
- **File Management**: Organize and manage project files efficiently, ensuring smooth collaboration with team members and meeting deadlines.
- **Client Presentations**: Assist in preparing 3D assets and presentations for client meetings or pitches.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address any technical issues related to modeling, rendering, and software, offering creative solutions to enhance the visual output.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in 3D design/visualization.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in 3D software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar).
- Expertise in rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Arnold, Redshift, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Familiarity with animation software (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Animate).
- Experience with CAD software is a plus (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
