**Position**:SAP Dispatch Executive

**Job Summary**: The SAP Dispatch will work with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers. They will use SAP software to coordinate dispatch activities, track delivery schedules, and monitor inventory levels. The SAP Dispatch will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, resolving issues, and communicating with customers and suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate dispatch activities using SAP software
- Monitor delivery schedules and track shipments
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and manage stock movements
- Resolve delivery issues and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, inventory levels, and shipments
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding delivery schedules, order status, and any issues that arise
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide support to other departments as needed

**Requirements**:

- **Graduation Minimum**:

- 1+ years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations
- Familiarity with SAP software or other ERP systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and requirements is a plus

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
